The final score was very close:  Youngsters = 15 / Oldies = 3 !!!
Man of the match has to go to Gerry, the orange goal keeper, for saving so many goals with such spectacular dives…
Maybe the Youngsters were lucky in the first half as the strong wind was in their favour!
A brilliant game which was well supported by cheering villagers. Special thanks must go to all the organisers, the linesmen, referee and players. Also, thanks to locals for their kind donations which will go towards memorials for Tony Storey and John Bailey.
