As part of the planning application review process, in November 2023, NCC issued a request to the applicant for further information and clarifications pursuant to Regulation 25 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (the ‘EIA Regulations’) (the ‘Regulation 25 Request’), the applicant has now submitted all required information and a further round of consultation has opened. Any interested residents and members of the public are encouraged to submit any further considerations in relation to the matter.
