FCC Appeal against the decision to exclude the processing of asbestos contaminated soils.

FCC have lodged an appeal against the decision of the Environmental Agency to exclude the processing of asbestos contaminated soils from the permit.

The appeal is against conditions imposed on a variation application of an existing Environmental Permit, application reference NP3538NF, for a site at Daneshill Landfill Site, Daneshill Road, Lound, Nottinghamshire, DN22 8RD.
